Boost new business opportunities with Earth Observation Data

Objetives

This practical training provides attendees the tools for the treatment of satellite images to use in several business applications.

Target

Companies, universities, technology centers and other organizations that work with Earth Observation and use information provided by satellites.
Technical profiles: Systems, electrical, security and defense engineers, agronomist…

Learn how to use the programs to harness Earth Observation Data

The trainers will use theoretical expositions and practical workshops, working with different materials and case studies in fields of application such as agriculture, infrastructure and emergencies, among others.

For practical work is used SNAP (free software initiative of the European Space Agency, ESA), with constant advice from the teachers in charge.
