BARCELONA | 2nd – 3rd MARCH 2016
The European Space Agency (ESA) brought together representatives of its international Tech Transfer Brokers and its Business Incubation Centers (BICs) in Barcelona past 2nd and 3rd of March 2016.
This workshop has also allowed the official presentation of Knowledge Innovation Market (KIM) as the ESA Broker in Spain. Since then, KIM works for the Spanish space companies in the commercialization of their technologies and the ESA technologies to non-space industries.
During the first day of the event, both Brokers and BICs were gathered in a general session in which we discussed in small working groups how to strengthen the relationship between both, defining the key working tools and identifying mechanisms to expand possible joint activities.
On the second day of the event we participated in a workshop with all the Brokers in which, through different activities and workshops, we made the first steps to define the strategic framework and the different action lines of the Brokers Network.
