1. Subject
Contract for the provision of development and maintenance services for the STORM Digital Platform, within the framework of the project Integrating Seasonal Thermal Energy Storage in the Mediterranean Region – STORM, co-funded by the EU under the Interreg NEXT MED Programme (code A_T_2.1_0553).
The procurement is structured as a single contract (single lot) integrating two phases: (i) development and deployment of the platform, and (ii) technical maintenance, support and incident resolution throughout the contractual period.

3. Tender Details:
- Maximum tender budget: 30.000 € (VAT excluded). The stated amount is fixed and shall not be subject to price revision throughout the entire duration of the contract.
- Duration: From the formalization of the contract until the official completion of the STORM project, initially scheduled for August 4, 2028 (unless this date is modified in accordance with the provisions of the Interreg NEXT MED Program).
- Procedure: Open procedure (Interreg NEXT MED); based on the best price-quality ratio principle (80/20).
- Submission deadline: 30 calendar days from publication (11/05/2026 12:00 PM CEST).
